Guest Betting

I dont see an issue with guests betting because there are so little ways to earn trust anymore, however with the guests having stored it too much and should be a memebr only feature.
So i propose:

1. Guests bets with members must be paid up front or give a card of equal value unitl the bet is over.
2. Guests to guests bets should be MM no questions asked. now the guests are both earning thier "rep" automaticlly by being wiling to use a MM
